1. Nature of Services

The services provided by Gauranga Ashraya under Acharya Gorang Sharma are advisory, spiritual, and interpretative in nature. They are based on Vedic astrology, Vastu Shastra, numerology, and traditional knowledge systems. These services do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantee or Assurance

Astrology and allied sciences are predictive and interpretative disciplines. Results may vary depending on karma, free will, personal effort, and life circumstances. No guarantees or assurances of outcomes are provided.

3. Client Responsibility

The client voluntarily seeks guidance and understands that all decisions and actions taken in furtherance to the guidance provided by Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma are based on his or her own judgment and discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information Provided

The Client must be assured that the services offered by Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma are not intended for emergency situations. Clients facing medical, legal, financial emergency and mental instability must consult qualified professionals of respective field. Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma does not advise or represent that he is capable of curing or professionally guiding such clients in emergency situations as mentioned above.

5. Advice of Professionals in Emergency Situations

The services offered are not intended for emergency situations. Clients facing medical, mental health, legal, or financial emergencies are advised to consult qualified professionals in the respective fields.

6. Limitation of Liability

Any liability, civil or criminal, if imposed under Indian or International Law, shall be strictly limited to the Consultation Fee paid. No liability shall arise for any incidental or consequential loss or damage of body, mind, reputation or property of such client.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information including the birth details shared by the client shall be treated as Confidential and handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Client shall stay assured that the information shall not be shared with any third party to Consultation or any Government Agency, except as required by law.

8. Fees & Refund Policy

Consultation fees are charged for time, expertise, and knowledge. Once the consultation is provided, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

9. Session Validity & Time Commitment

Consultations are valid only for the agreed date and time. Delays, absence, or missed sessions by the client may not be rescheduled or refunded.

10. Online / Telephonic Consultation Disclaimer

For online or telephonic consultations, service quality may depend on internet or network connectivity. Gauranga Ashraya shall not be responsible for disruptions beyond reasonable control.

11. Remedies & Suggestions

Any remedies, rituals, or spiritual practices suggested are optional in nature and offered without any force, threat, undue influence, coercion, misrepresentation or mistake of fact. The Client must assert free will and free consent before undertaking any remedies, rituals or spiritual practices as suggested by Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma.

12. No Third-Party Reliance

Consultations are strictly for the registered client only. No third party may rely upon the consultation or raise any claim against Gauranga Ashraya or Acharya Gorang Sharma.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All consultation content, guidance, and material remain the intellectual property of Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

14. Recording & Sharing

It should be very clear that the client or any related or concerned party is not permitted to record, distribute or publish consultation sessions or content in any form and manner without prior written consent of Acharya Gorang Sharma himself. If found guilty, the client or any such related or concerned party shall attract penal charges as applicable under circumstances.

15. Viability of Terms and Conditions

Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions shall be applicable from the date of publication on the website or communication to the Client, whichever feasible under given circumstances.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Indian Law. The seat of jurisdiction shall be Delhi.

17. Declaration

It is hereby declared by Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma that the Consultation and Guidance does not, in any manner, intends to misrepresent or misguide the Client to adhere to unreasonable or self-harming remedies, rituals or spiritual obligations. The Client, at any point in time, during and after Consultation with Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma is free to renounce the practices undertaken according to the guidance provided during Consultation. Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma declare that the Client visits, seeks guidance, continues to take consultation as well as withdraw from the consultation according to his or her free consent and discretion. Gauranga Ashraya and Acharya Gorang Sharma shall not be held liable for claims of misrepresentation, misconduct, undue influence, threat, coercion or any provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for the services provided under opted Consultation by the Client.
